What ZAP HUB Provides

This service is for individuals and agencies who need to register with the PPRA for the first time (or re-register/upgrade) and obtain a Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC). ZAP HUB collects all the information the PPRA requires, prepares your R1 (individual) and/or R2 (agency) application, and submits and manages it on your behalf.

Who Should Register

• Candidate, non-principal, or principal property practitioners (individual / R1).
• Directors, members, trustees, or partners of an agency or business (agency / R2).

How It Works

1. Tell us what you need to register for and complete our guided online form.
2. Upload the supporting documents requested for your category, including your proof of payment for any fees paid directly to the PPRA.
3. Pay the ZAP HUB service fee. Fees payable to the PPRA are paid by you directly to the PPRA and are not collected by ZAP HUB.
4. ZAP HUB reviews, prepares, and submits your application to the PPRA on your behalf.
5. We track your application and notify you of any updates, including your PPRA reference number and FFC.
