About IEASA

For over 88 years, the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa (IEASA) has been a trusted voice and support system for property professionals across South Africa.

IEASA supports Principals, Estate Agents, Candidate Property Practitioners, and other professionals in the property sector through industry representation, professional development, networking opportunities, legislative awareness, and practical membership benefits.

As an established industry representative body, IEASA contributes to forums and conversations that affect property practitioners across residential and commercial property sectors.

Membership Information

IEASA membership is designed to support property professionals throughout their careers. Membership is personal and follows the member even when they change firms, giving consistent access to professional support, representation, industry updates, and networking opportunities.

For a limited time, non-members on the IEASA mailing list were offered membership for R150 for 12 months from the date of joining, compared with the normal R550 membership fee.
