ZAP HUB™ Refund Policy

At ZAP HUB, we are committed to providing exceptional value and service to our users, including real estate agents, home service providers, and private sellers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscription-based services. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our plans.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
For Real Estate Agents and Home Service Providers:
- New Subscribers: You hereby acknowledge that the website’s services are immediately available for you to use and you are immediately visible to other visitors to the site. Your contact details and links are immediately available and as such the website is classified similarly to a streaming service which forms an exception to the availability of a “cooling off period” as described in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and you hereby consent to your forfeiture of your right to a cooling off period.
- Renewals: Refunds do not apply. Cancellation of any subscription requires written notice no less than 7 days prior to the new subscription fee being levied against the account of the subscriber.
- 6 or 12 Month Subscriptions: Refunds in respect of extended-period subscriptions will be considered but are subject to a 15% (fifteen) administration fee calculated on the total subscription price paid for the period.
For Private Sellers:
- One-Time Listings: If you are a private seller using our one-time listing service and experience technical issues that prevent your listing from being published or visible to potential buyers, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the issue being reported and which issue remains unresolved for a period of at least 72 (seventy two) hours.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the user has actively used the platform (e.g., published listings, booked services, or engaged with clients).
- If the subscription has been renewed and the user has had access to the platform during the renewal period.
- If the user violates ZAP HUB's Terms of Use.
- If the refund request is made after the 7-day refund window.
3. Data Retention After Cancellation
- Property Data and Photos: If you cancel your subscription, all property data and photos will remain on the platform to ensure continuity for buyers and sellers. However, your personal information (e.g., name, contact details) will be removed from the public front end.
- Agent and Company Information: While your personal information will no longer be publicly visible, it will be retained in our records for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team within the eligible refund period:

- Your full name and contact details.
- Your subscription plan or service details.
- The reason for your refund request.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If the original payment method is no longer available, please notify our team, and we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the refund request falls within the eligibility criteria outlined above.
7. Changes to This Policy
ZAP HUB reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
