The platform offers six core tools covering the full rental lifecycle: a Rental Passport that verifies identity, lease and payment history; an AI Lease Analyzer that flags risky clauses in plain English; a Fraud Shield to verify landlords, agents and listings before deposits are paid; an encrypted Document Vault for leases, receipts and inspection evidence; a Trust Score built from verified rental behaviour; and Dispute Support with AI-drafted letters and evidence packs.
Every workflow is built against South African legislation, including the Rental Housing Act 50 of 1999, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the PIE Act 19 of 1998, and POPIA (Act 4 of 2013), with consent-based, audit-trailed data handling.
