ZAP HUB™ Governing Law and Jurisdiction Policy

This Governing Law and Jurisdiction Policy governs the use of ZAP HUB's website, services, and any disputes that may arise between ZAP HUB (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our” ) and our users (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”). 2. Jurisdiction

You hereby irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of ZAP HUB’s website, services, or products.
  • Any breach or alleged breach of this agreement.
  • Any other matter related to your relationship with ZAP HUB.

This includes any disputes that may arise under statutory, contractual, or tort law.

3. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact ZAP HUB’s Customer Support team to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA).

  • The arbitration shall take place in Johannesburg, South Africa.
  • The language of the arbitration shall be English.
  • The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
4. Waiver of Class Actions

You agree that any disputes or claims will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to pursue or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against ZAP HUB.

5. Severability

If any provision of this Governing Law and Jurisdiction Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6. Changes to This Policy

ZAP HUB reserves the right to update or modify this Governing Law and Jurisdiction Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
