The Holiday Bonus at a Glance
The ZAP HUB Holiday Bonus competition runs from 21 October to 21 December 2026.
Winners will be announced on the ZAP HUB home page on 22 December 2026, followed by the scheduled payout date on 23 December 2026.
The total cash prize pool is R30,000:
1st Place — R15,000 cash
2nd Place — R10,000 cash
3rd Place — R5,000 cash
The ZAP HUB referral program continues after the Holiday Bonus competition, while the minimum cash-back payout threshold is R200.
Who Can Compete?
The ZAP HUB Holiday Bonus is open to estate agents and agencies, service providers in any industry, and individuals.
This means you do not have to be an estate agent to participate.
Whether you operate a business, provide professional services, work within the property industry or simply have a valuable network of contacts, you can participate and start earning qualifying entries.
Who Can You Refer?
You can refer service providers from virtually any ZAP HUB category, including plumbers, electricians, builders, painters, home inspectors, compliance specialists, conveyancers, cleaning services, landscapers, security providers, beauty businesses, technology companies, education providers and other eligible service businesses.
You can also refer property professionals including estate agents and agencies, property developers, auctioneers, property managers, bond originators, valuers and appraisers, architects and town planners.
The campaign also rewards referrals to ZAP HUB PPRA Assistance, including people who need help with FFC applications, renewals and other PPRA-related processes.
Training providers who want to list their programs on ZAP HUB can also be referred.
How the ZAP HUB Holiday Bonus Works
Step 1 — Get Your Unique Holiday Code
Join the Holiday Bonus campaign and receive your own unique ZAP HUB referral code.
Estate agents, estate agencies and service providers can join through their respective ZAP HUB dashboards.
Individuals who are not currently ZAP HUB members can also become referral partners and receive a personal referral code.
Your unique code allows qualifying referrals and activity to be connected to you throughout the campaign.
Step 2 — Earn Entries for Every Qualifying Action
Different activities earn different numbers of entries:

There is no cap on entries.
The more qualifying referrals and listings you generate, the more entries you can accumulate and the greater your opportunity to move up the Holiday Bonus leaderboard.
Step 3 — Earn 5%–15% Cash Back
This is one of the most important updates to the Holiday Bonus.
Cash back is no longer a flat 5%.
Your cash-back percentage increases as you generate more successful referrals:
1st–9th successful referral — 5% cash back
10th–29th successful referral — 10% cash back
30th successful referral and above — 15% cash back
That means growing your referral network can increase both your leaderboard entries and your cash-back percentage.
Cash back is earned on the first six payments of a monthly plan, or once on a bi-yearly or yearly plan.
Qualifying cash-back earnings accumulate for payout, subject to the campaign terms and the R200 minimum payout threshold.
Step 4 — Climb the Holiday Bonus Leaderboard
Every qualifying entry contributes to your position on the ZAP HUB Holiday Bonus leaderboard.
When the competition closes on 21 December 2026, the three participants with the highest verified entry totals will win the main cash prizes.
1st Place — R15,000
The participant finishing at the top of the leaderboard receives R15,000 cash.
2nd Place — R10,000
Second place receives R10,000 cash.
3rd Place — R5,000
Third place receives R5,000 cash.
Together, the top three participants share a total cash prize pool of R30,000.

The cash prizes are not the only rewards available during the Holiday Bonus campaign.
Participants who achieve 30 or more entries can receive a Spotlight on ZAP HUB feature.
The top 10 participants on the leaderboard also receive six months of free Featured Listing placement.
