SA Roof Rats (Pty) Ltd – Ceiling Cleaning Service Provider

SA Roof Rats is South Africa's original, award-winning ceiling vacuuming, roof cleaning and pest control specialist, trusted by homeowners, landlords, estate agents and property managers since 2011.

We clean where others fear to tread. Using imported high-suction machinery with multi-stage HEPA filtration, our trained crews vacuum every truss, beam, corner and piece of insulation inside your roof cavity - removing years of dust, rodent faeces, nesting material and carcasses that most cleaning companies never even see.

Our services include:

Ceiling vacuuming and sanitisation - a hospital-grade, SABS-tested mist neutralises bacteria, viruses, fungi and rodent pheromone scent trails without leaving toxic residue.

Rat, rodent and animal exclusions - we identify every current and potential entry point, neutralise scent trails and seal with heavy-duty materials, backed by a 1-year guarantee.

Tamper-proof, locked bait stations along rodent runways, protecting children, pets and owls from secondary poisoning.

Thermal insulation supply and installation (IsoTherm and Knauf Earthwool blanket insulation - never blow-in cellulose).

Roof waterproofing, roof painting, gutter cleaning, gutter guards, ceiling repairs and roof security. Bird control and proofing mesh, plus humane bat and bird removal. High-level cleaning and exterior spray-washing.

Pre-purchase roof and ceiling inspections for property practitioners, buyers, landlords and rental handovers.
