My career in residential property began in 2000 when I joined RE/MAX in Knysna. From there, I expanded into bond origination before stepping into management with Thesen Islands Holiday Destinations, where I managed the business and assisted with holiday rentals. Seeking new challenges, I moved into the construction industry, working on project management for homes on Thesen Island and in Sedgefield. This gave me hands-on experience liaising with architects, quantity surveyors, and contractors, and managing site meetings. After relocating to Cape Town, I joined Rawson Properties in Milnerton as a rental agent, and later moved to Stellenbosch, where I ran a boutique property company focused on student rentals, residential sales, and sectional title management. Then the real fun began when I decided to focus solely on residential sales in the greater Blouberg area, starting out with Seeff. This is where my true passion lies: listening carefully to clients’ wants and needs, building relationships of trust, and guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the process. I believe in educating my clients so they feel confident, clear, and at peace during one of the biggest transactions of their lives. Attention to detail is at the heart of how I work, ensuring nothing is overlooked in the sales process. My clients’ testimonials are my greatest reward, a reflection of the trust and confidence they place in me. I also have a strong passion for the legal side of property transactions, as I believe this is what ultimately determines whether a deal runs smoothly from start to finish.
