I, Heidi van Wyk, was registered in 1989 as a Property Practitioner. My passion is bringing buyer and sellers together, and that is why, since 2017, I have also specialized not only in selling, buying, and renting properties, I also do in Section 20 sales, helping purchasers to purchase a home in 5 years interest free. In 2018 and 2019 I was Agent of the Half Year as well as Agent of the Year, was under training with Trevor Gaw for 12 months, and then entered the millionaires group. Service is extremely important to my company, and we strive to give our best. I will never promise a buyer or seller, I will always just do my best. I work all over South Africa on the Section 20 sales, and stay on the transaction for the full 5 years.
